Ok I have not been on here for a while!!!! I have had a very stressful 2 months It all started on june 27 my grandpa past away, so my husband and i and our 2 kids went and stayed with my grandma for 3 weeks!! Then the stress of the funeral and making sure my grandma was ok put me in and out of labor and delivery a total of 6 times in 4 weeks!!!! Then we had our baby shower on july 18th and it turned out really nice!!!! Then when we started cleaning up my 2 year old pull a 5 gallon glass beverage jar onto himself so my friend Tot and I took him to the ER, they took x-rays and cleaned the big gash on his arm and on the x-ray there showed a piece of glass stuck in his arm!!! So after 30 mins of digging in his arm looking for the piece of glass and not being able to find it they sent him home with no stitches and said take him to his primary Dr on Monday!!!!! SOO on Monday i take him to his doctor and he took a look at it and said that he did not have the tools to take it out that if the surgeon he recommended could not or did not feel comfortable taking the glass out he needed to go to the Er again and be admitted so the surgeon there could take the glass out!!!! So i called the surgeon and of course they said he is to little we don't work on children under 12!!! So off the the Er we went after sitting in the ER for 2 hours they come tell me that my sons Dr wont sign admitting papers for him because the surgeon he wants wont do it(BULLSH*T) excuse my words and hand me paper with a number and say call loma linda and tell them your son needs to see the surgeon and they will take care of you!!!!! I know my children's doctor he has been my first sons Dr for 5 years and i knew deep down inside the ER was blowing hot air out there butts!!!!! So i went back to his office and was standing in line to ask to speak to him when his nurse walks out and stops looks at me and says why are you back here???? so i told her what the er said and like i thought no one called my Dr so she called and got him an appointment with the peds surgeon at loma linda!!!!!! SOOOO we go down on Thursday to see the surgeon and she looks at his arm and looks at the x-ray and she gets a strange look on her face and says what cut did they look in for the glass?????? And i tell her the big cut on the bottom part of his forearm!!!! and she takes his arm and says see this cut right here on his arm this is where the piece of glass is!!!!! THE CUT IS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF HIS FREAKING ARM!!!!!!!!!!! SO THEY DUG IN THE WRONG CUT FOR 30 MINS AND THEN IT NEEDED STITCHES AND THEY DIDN'T PUT THEM IN SO NOW HE IS GOING TO HAVE A NASTY SCARE!!!!!! So now he is going to have surgery to get the glass out of his arm and they are going to call Dr Monday with that date!!!!!!

Oh, that makes me so frustrated for you! I hate getting the run-around...especially when it's your own little baby (it's that mama bear thing that makes them young again). I'm sorry to hear that he has to go through that...I'd be so extremely angry. I hope things get taken care of soon. Hope you're feeling well!
Wow that is so crazy! i can't believe that! Dr's can be so frustrating sometimes. Hey sorry about not coming to the shower, i have been so sick this pregnancy, i finally saw the dr. yesterday and he gave me some anti-nausea pills, but i do have your gift, so we need to get together soon, or when i can get up, so i can give it to you.
